1. Scope of Service
1.1 Darwin Cleaning Services (“the Company”) offers cleaning services to residential and commercial clients within the specified service area.
1.2 Services will be rendered as per the details agreed upon in the service agreement or as discussed with the client during the booking process.
2. Service Charges and Payments
2.1 The charges for services rendered will be in accordance with the rates specified in the Company’s price list or as agreed upon during the booking process.
2.2 Payment terms are to be agreed upon before the commencement of service and may include upfront payments, installments, or full payment upon completion of service.
2.3 Late payment or non-payment may result in additional charges or suspension of services until payment is made in full.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
3.1 Clients must provide a minimum notice period (as specified by the Company) for cancellations or rescheduling of services.
3.2 Failure to provide the required notice may result in a cancellation fee or loss of a deposit as per the Company’s policy.
4. Liability and Damages
4.1 The Company shall not be liable for damages or losses caused by the client’s failure to secure or protect their property during the service.
4.2 In the event of any damage or loss caused by the Company’s negligence, liability shall be limited to the cost of re-cleaning the affected area or the repair/replacement of the damaged item.
5. Customer Satisfaction and Complaints
5.1 The Company strives for customer satisfaction. Clients are encouraged to report any issues or complaints within a reasonable timeframe after the service is completed.
5.2 The Company will investigate complaints promptly and may offer to rectify the issue or provide compensation at its discretion.
6. Termination of Service
6.1 Either party reserves the right to terminate services by providing written notice within the agreed-upon terms.
6.2 Upon termination, any outstanding payments or liabilities shall be settled according to the terms specified in the agreement.
7. General Provisions
7.1 The terms and conditions outlined herein constitute the entire agreement between the Company and the client, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.
7.2 Any amendments or modifications to these terms must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties.
